A self-publish book
The Stories
It all started as a class to develop sketches and ideas in a free flow creative format.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we had to move our in-person class towards an online format. The entire class/students seemed to transition well with the online meetings as it provided an outlet to focus their creative energies towards a positive learning experience.
Once we finished the course we all decided to make something with the art we created; that's how the Covid Sketchers Book was born.
This book has been part of the Iyashi Exhibition on 2020 at the Japanese Friendship Garden San Diego.

Las historias
El objetivo de la clase era desarrollar bocetos e ideas en un formato creativo de flujo libre.
Debido a la pandemia de Covid-19, tuvimos que cambiar nuestra clase presencial hacia un formato en línea. La clase parece haber hecho una buena transición con las reuniones en línea ya que brindó una salida para enfocar la energía creativa hacia una experiencia de aprendizaje positiva.
Una vez que terminamos el curso, todos decidimos hacer algo con el arte que habíamos creado; así es como nació el Libro de los Covid Sketchers.
Este libro ha sido parte de la exposición Iyashi en 2020 en el Jardín Japones de San Diego.
